Ingredients

400 g venison fillet
4 strawberries
1 orange
cubed Piave Fresco cheese
salt to taste

Preparation

Cut the fillet into regular cubes measuring 2x2 cm. Brown very quickly in a pan over a high heat so that the meat remains red inside.
Serve at whim with fruit and Piave cheese.
