Ingredients

4 eggs
100 g wild hops (young shoots)
50 g grated Piave Vecchio cheese
salt to taste.

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mixture into a non-stick pan. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes, then turn and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
